The White Agency worked with CBA to transform the organisation into a digital leader. As lead copywriter, I produced or reviewed all the copy for the website redesign, and continued to work on both consumer and business copy as the site was constantly updated, refined and optimised over the following seven years to meet customers' evolving needs and expectations.
Working on the bank's suite of world-class mobile products, including the multi award-winning CBA Property Guide, mobile payment app Kaching, and the CBA Banking app, the focus was on making it simple for the customer to understand and navigate each app and provide the shortest path to help them achieve their goals.
In addition, I created the copy for the award-winning Coinland, a virtual gaming world designed to build financial literacy among Australian kids. Kids were guided through financial and savings concepts in a fun, engaging and easy-to-understand way.
