Digital content & customer experiences

The White Agency worked with CBA to transform the organisation into a digital leader. As lead copywriter, I produced and reviewed all copy for the website redesign and continued to refine and optimise content over seven years to meet evolving customer needs and business objectives.

I also worked on CBA’s suite of world-class mobile products, including the multi award-winning CBA Property Guide, mobile payment app Kaching, and the CBA Banking app. My focus was on making complex banking simple, helping customers navigate each app and achieve their goals quickly.

In addition, I created the copy for the award-winning Coinland, a virtual gaming world designed to build financial literacy for Australian kids. The experience guided kids through financial and savings concepts in a fun, engaging, and easy-to-understand way.

Outcomes:
