I worked on the Volvo website copy and email campaigns, including the nurture campaign for Volvo's key launch of 2017, the XC40.
The campaign guided qualified leads on a multi-stage journey through awareness and education to consideration, and finally to booking a test drive with their nearest dealer.
Outcomes:
